Pilot programme terms
Free use of the full feature set during the pilot phase. In return we expect genuine feedback: at least one short report per week via the feedback feature, plus a summarising experience report each month. No payment obligation, cancel any time. After the pilot phase you may switch to a regular plan, but you are not required to.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "document"?

Every generated XML file, PDF or hybrid PDF counts as one document. Validating without exporting does not count.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No minimum contract.

Is there a trial period?

The Free plan is permanently free – not a time-limited trial. Simply register and get started.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No, all prices are net. VAT will be added at the applicable rate.

What is a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

When processing personal data of your customers (e.g. recipient data in invoices), a DPA is required under GDPR. We provide a DPA to all business customers – simply request it by e-mail.
